BD-EVPD2-40/60/80 Dual Plug DC Commercial Charging Station is a high-power integrated DC fast-charging device designed for commercial scenarios. It supports Level 3 charging standards and provides three power configurations of 40kW, 60kW, and 80kW. Its core advantage lies in the dual-gun (Dual Plug) synchronous output function, which can provide high-speed DC charging for two electric vehicles at the same time, and is suitable for high-traffic scenarios such as shopping malls, public charging stations, and logistics parks. The equipment adopts an integrated cabinet integrated design with built-in power management, heat dissipation and safety protection modules, taking into account the stability of high-power output and commercial operation efficiency, and is compatible with mainstream electric vehicle models, meeting the needs of enterprise-level users for rapid energy replenishment, equipment reliability and long-term operation and maintenance cost optimization.

1. Supports dual-gun independent output, with a maximum power of 80kW for a single gun (BD-EVPD2-80 model). When the two guns work at the same time, the power can be dynamically allocated (such as 40kW+40kW), replenishing 80% of the power for two electric vehicles within 30 minutes, significantly improving the utilization rate of charging piles and customer turnover rate.
2. Integrates power distribution, charging, heat dissipation, and monitoring modules in one, with a protection level of IP54, supports wall-mounted or ground-mounted installation, saves commercial space, reduces external cable configuration, and shortens construction cycle and maintenance costs.
3. Provides three power models of 40kW, 60kW, and 80kW, and enterprises can choose solutions based on grid capacity and operation planning. For example, urban business districts can deploy 80kW high-power models, while community charging stations can choose 40kW economical configurations.
4. The built-in AI algorithm monitors the grid load in real time, and prioritizes the allocation of power to vehicles with higher charging needs to avoid overload risks. Supports remote management of charging status, energy consumption statistics and fault warning on the cloud platform, and integrates payment system (scan code/swipe card) to adapt to commercial time-of-use billing strategy.
5. Adopts flame-retardant metal shell and lightning protection design, adapting to wide temperature environment of -30℃ to +55℃. Equipped with ten protection mechanisms such as overvoltage, overcurrent, leakage, short circuit, battery reverse connection, etc., and communicates with vehicle BMS through CAN bus to ensure charging safety.
